It takes a lot of hard work and diligence to find the right tenant for your investment property. That’s why we stand behind our process. If the tenant we find does not fulfill a minimum of 12 months, we will reduce and prorate our normal leasing fee. When you as an owner pay a leasing fee for a new tenant placement, you pay for the tenant to be in your property for 12 months. For example, if the tenant we placed moves out at 8 months, the owner received only 8 months’ worth of value from the leasing fee. When we have to re-rent the property, we will pick up the other 4 months of the leasing fee that you did not get the value from and the owner will pay the difference on the new leasing fee.
